New Highway Code, from the 21st car an Isee above 50,000 euros will be required

The new road code in Italy mandates that individuals registering their 21st vehicle must provide an ISEE above 50,000 euros to combat the issue of professional name lenders and ghost cars used by criminals. This measure aims to prevent the misuse of vehicles registered under the names of financially disadvantaged individuals. The law targets those who already own at least twenty M1 category vehicles, requiring proof of financial capability or justification for the vehicles' use in economic or volunteer activities. Verification will be conducted through the National Vehicle Archive, relying on existing data without additional investigative efforts.
