Nuovo taglio accise fino al 7 novembre, circa 4,9 centesimi sul gasolio

The Italian government has extended the reduction of excise duties on diesel fuel until November 7, 2026, with a decrease of €632.90 per thousand liters. This measure aims to offset increased VAT revenues due to rising international oil prices. The new excise rate translates to approximately 4 cents per liter, or about 4.9 cents including VAT. Funding for this reduction will come from a portion of the increased VAT revenue collected between September 1 and September 30, 2026.
