An investigation has been launched after Matolcsy's friend’s companies reported the MNB's property manager for fraud and false testimony.

The Raw Group has filed a complaint against MNB-Ingatlan Kft. for fraud and false testimony, alleging significant financial damage. The group, linked to Bálint Somlai, claims that MNB-Ingatlan improperly called upon bank guarantees totaling 3.5 billion HUF, despite only needing 224.2 billion HUF. They argue that the MNB's claims of faulty execution are unfounded, as they believe they delivered quality work. Additionally, they allege that they were unfairly excluded from a public procurement process, resulting in a more expensive contract awarded to another party. The case raises questions about corruption and mismanagement within the MNB.
