The Brazilian Navy School Ship, built in 1986, is on its 40th training voyage for future officers, lasting 148 days and visiting 17 ports in 14 countries. The ship, measuring 130 meters and carrying around 400 crew members, has been modified for educational purposes. During a stop in Lisbon, future officer João Vitor Cauduro emphasized the rigorous training and cultural experiences gained during the voyage, which fosters naval diplomacy. The ship's visit included two days open to the public.
