Promised a usable attic but didn't even build stairs. Developer punished
Groen Konstancin I advertised the possibility of converting attics into living spaces, promising over 60 square meters of additional area. However, UOKiK found that the attics did not meet technical requirements for conversion, as no stairs were designed to access them. The project specified that the attic was non-livable and part of the common property. UOKiK's president noted that the misleading information was a significant selling point for buyers. Consequently, the company was fined 1.176 million PLN and must publish UOKiK's decision on its website.
