The UOKiK reported that the iGenius program, promoted by GameChangers Polska, operated as an illegal pyramid scheme, misleading participants with promises of financial freedom. UOKiK's president, Tomasz Chróstny, emphasized that the program's true profits came from recruiting new members rather than legitimate business activities. Six promoters were fined a total of 413,000 PLN for their involvement, with individual fines ranging from 42,000 to 99,000 PLN. UOKiK is also investigating other projects linked to these promoters, including BE and UNIQ, while iGenius has appealed a previous fine of over 14.6 million PLN.
