Jarosław Kaczyński's security guards guilty. It concerns the use of force and exceeding authority

Two security guards of Jarosław Kaczyński were found guilty of using excessive force during an event in Częstochowa. The incident involved the removal of a 75-year-old activist, Ryszard Raczek, who was denied entry. The court ruled that the guards acted beyond their authority but conditionally suspended their sentence for two years. They are also required to pay damages to Raczek. The verdict is not yet final.
