Kaczyński's security guards guilty. Court ruled on the action from the election campaign

Two security guards, Dariusz K. and Tadeusz M., were ordered to pay 3,000 PLN each to Ryszard Raczek, a 75-year-old activist, after forcibly removing him from a political event. The incident occurred during a campaign meeting led by Jarosław Kaczyński in Częstochowa on October 15, 2022. Raczek claimed his rights were violated and reported the guards to the prosecutor. The prosecutor sought a suspended one-year prison sentence for the guards, arguing that Raczek believed the meeting was open to the public. The defense contended that the event was exclusive to PiS members and supporters, asserting the organizers' right to control access.
