From today, complaints about AI can be submitted. "Very interesting regulation, unique in Europe"

New regulations from the AI systems law in Poland allow KRiBSI to enforce compliance with the EU AI Act, including imposing penalties on violators. The law enables individuals to file complaints regarding AI system malfunctions, with KRiBSI authorized to halt dangerous systems. Unique to Europe, the law permits binding opinions from KRiBSI on AI-related queries for a fee, providing businesses with legal protection. The law came into effect on August 11, 2023, with full implementation of the EU AI Act expected by 2028, focusing on safe AI deployment.
