Eurico Brilhante Dias emphasized the importance of clarifying how the government will fulfill its commitments during the budget debate. He highlighted significant damage in Leiria and Setúbal, advocating for comprehensive support for municipalities, families, and businesses affected by the storms. Despite uncertainties regarding the government's proposal, the PS's abstention decision was unanimously approved by the party's Political Commission.
