The offer of new apartments is swelling. There are many interested, but the number of units is increasing even more.

At the end of September, nearly 80,000 apartments were available in the seven largest markets in Poland, with significant increases in sales and inventory. The third quarter of this year marked the best sales performance in two years, with nearly 15,000 apartments sold, a 16% increase from the previous quarter. Despite the positive sales trend, the market remains favorable for buyers, with a record number of available properties and a growing share of ready-to-move-in apartments. However, many developers are struggling to sell as quickly as they build, leading to an increase in unsold inventory. Average prices for new apartments continue to rise, influenced by the introduction of higher-priced units into the market. Looking ahead, demand may weaken due to economic uncertainties and rising credit costs, although some developers may still achieve record sales by year-end.
