OM demands 8 years in prison for man who had Filipino children abused for camera

A Rotterdam man was implicated in a child abuse case after Norwegian authorities discovered his PayPal account linked to payments for child exploitation in the Philippines. Between December 2019 and October 2021, he made over fifty payments to a facilitator of child sexual abuse. Following a search of his home in May 2025, explicit conversations were found on his devices, revealing his intentions and satisfaction with the abuse. The prosecutor confirmed the abuse of five Filipino children, aged two to fourteen, and suspects there may be more victims.
