Volunteers are collecting for an apartment for the girl abused in Veszprém

Two years ago, a young girl was assaulted by her friend in a Veszprém apartment, with video evidence showing her attempts to defend herself. She recently shared her life changes since then, having moved out of state care and into a home in Békés County, where she feels safe and attends school. Legal proceedings against the assailant are ongoing, with a recommendation for two years of rehabilitation. Volunteers are also working to help provide the girl with a small apartment to support her independent living.
