Several government administrative interfaces will be unavailable for hours

On November 8, from 12:01 AM to 5 AM, the Central Identification Agency (KAÜ) will be offline for maintenance, affecting various services. Users will not be able to log into administrative interfaces using either the Client Portal+ or the Digital Citizen mobile app. This downtime impacts services like EESZT, Health Window, and Web Assistant. Additionally, the Storage, Company Portal, and Client Portal will be unavailable, and new registrations for the Client Portal will not be possible. Although the Digital Citizen app will remain accessible, new user registrations will be disabled, and its Storage feature will not function. Similar maintenance occurred in July, which also limited electronic administrative services.
