Balázs Orbán bought a house for 470 million forints two years ago

Balázs Orbán, former political director of Viktor Orbán, purchased a house for 470 million HUF in the XI district two years ago. This was revealed in his recent asset declaration following his departure from parliament. The property spans 340 square meters and is solely owned by him. Previously, it was not included in his declaration due to new regulations requiring the listing of residences. His declaration shows savings of 17.3 million HUF, 2 million HUF in cash, and 2,000 euros, alongside debts totaling 52.4 million HUF. He reported income from four sources: as a member of parliament, political director, chairman of the MCC board, and president of the advisory board at the National University of Public Service.
