Palestinian organization demands that the Army stop the forced displacement of populations in Hebron

The Palestinian legal center Adalah has filed a petition with Israel's Supreme Court demanding an end to the forced displacement of populations in Hebron. They also seek to halt house demolitions and restrictions on movement, requesting safe passage for medical teams and essential services. Since October 23, following the deaths of two Israeli soldiers, the Israeli military has maintained a strong presence in Hebron, which Adalah argues constitutes collective punishment, violating the Fourth Geneva Convention. The ongoing military offensive has displaced over 3,300 Palestinians and led to the destruction of fifteen homes and numerous businesses, severely impacting the local economy.
