Eight judges at the TC assembly adopted the budget project [TRANSMISSION]

Eight judges attended the meeting, while twelve were eligible to vote. Judges Bartłomiej Sochański and Bogdan Święczkowski were excluded due to immediate suspension orders. Judge Jarosław Wyrembak was also unable to vote due to improper election procedures. After discussing quorum requirements, the judges agreed that eight members constituted a quorum for decision-making. The budget proposal for 2027 was subsequently approved. Following the agenda, a draw was held to determine the composition of the Constitutional Tribunal for cases involving Sochański and Święczkowski. The meeting was convened by Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, who was appointed as the head of the Tribunal.
