Eight judges at the TC assembly adopted the budget project

Eight judges attended the meeting, while twelve were eligible to vote. Judges Bartłomiej Sochański and Bogdan Święczkowski were excluded due to immediate suspension orders. Judge Jarosław Wyrembak was also unable to vote due to election irregularities. After discussing quorum, it was determined that eight judges constituted a valid quorum for budget proceedings. The budget proposal for 2027 was approved. A draw was conducted to form panels for cases involving Sochański and Święczkowski, with specific judges assigned to each case. Discussions also included immunity requests for Święczkowski, but no date for the next meeting was set. The meeting was convened by Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, who is now leading the Constitutional Tribunal.
