PAIH built a bridge between Poland and Taiwan

The Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) has significantly enhanced Polish-Taiwanese economic relations, leading to increased trade and investment projects. In 2025, trade exceeded $2.5 billion, with Poland exporting $483 million and importing $2.06 billion from Taiwan. PAIH has facilitated business missions and partnerships, particularly in semiconductors and electromobility. A pivotal moment was Taiwan's TSMC planning a factory in Germany, prompting PAIH to position Poland as a potential supply chain hub. Additionally, TEEMA's visit to Poland marked a strategic collaboration in the semiconductor sector, with plans for a technology park. The growing interest from Taiwanese firms reflects Taiwan's broader strategy to diversify investments beyond China, with over 40 Taiwanese companies already operating in Poland.
