Palantir and the confidentiality agreement with the Ministry of National Defence. We reveal the details of the agreement
Palantir, a controversial American data analytics firm, signed a confidentiality agreement with Poland's Ministry of National Defense in December 2024. This agreement allows both parties to share sensitive information related to cybersecurity. Despite the Ministry's assurances that no classified data has been shared, the agreement remains in effect. Other European countries, such as Switzerland, have opted out of collaboration with Palantir due to concerns over data control. Poland, however, continues to pursue partnerships with the company, including a memorandum and an intent letter for cooperation in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.
