Participants of the Lisbon Camp disband from Rossio

Participants of the Lisbon Camp began to disband late Wednesday night, with around 60 people remaining at Rossio. The protest for housing rights attracted over 300 attendees earlier, and a new demonstration is planned for Saturday. The police monitored the situation from a distance, following previous tensions that led to clashes and arrests during earlier protests. The protesters demand changes to housing laws and increased public housing. The President of Portugal has called for dialogue regarding housing issues, expressing concern over police actions during the protests.
