VAT numbers, the tax discount on cars for sales agents increases

The maximum tax deduction limit for cars used by sales agents is set to increase, addressing rising vehicle and fuel costs. The 2027 Budget Bill will raise the limit from €25,822.84 to €35,000, particularly benefiting electric and hybrid vehicles. This change responds to demands from industry associations and aims to promote a greener vehicle fleet. Approximately 200,000 agents, managing around €500 billion in business, will be affected, with around 156,000 vehicles involved. The update is crucial for the economic sustainability of agents amid rising mobility costs.
