Patrick Morais de Carvalho reappointed as president of Belenenses

Patrick Morais de Carvalho was re-elected as president of Belenenses with 70% of the votes in a recent election. He received 5465 votes against Pedro Mascarenhas Santos, who garnered 2332 votes. This election marked the first with independent lists under new statutes, with 1234 members participating. Morais de Carvalho, who has been president since 2014, will work with eight vice-presidents. The election also saw António Filipe elected as the new president of the General Assembly and Luciano Rodrigues leading the Fiscal and Disciplinary Council. Morais de Carvalho expressed gratitude for the members' maturity during the electoral process.
