PergaminhoFlash challenges the award of newspaper distribution to VASP

PergaminhoFlash has filed an administrative challenge against the public tender for newspaper distribution won by VASP, claiming serious errors in the evaluation process. The company has also initiated urgent legal action in the Sintra court. They argue that the adjudication criteria were flawed and that there were inconsistencies in the jury's final report. The current contract with VASP, announced by Minister António Leitão Amaro, aims to ensure newspaper access in low-density municipalities and is part of a broader media action plan. The state will pay over 2.2 million euros for the three-year contract, reflecting a significant cost reduction compared to initial estimates.
