PergaminhoFlash challenges the contest won by VASP

PergaminhoFlash has filed an administrative challenge against the jury's decision in a public competition for press distribution in Portugal, which was awarded to VASP. They contest the award criteria and alleged errors in VASP's proposal. VASP's bid was deemed superior after improvements, ensuring five sales points per municipality in low-density areas. The contract, part of a government plan to maintain press access in rural areas, will cost the state over 2.2 million euros for three years, significantly lower than initial estimates.
