Of course, the bogeyman dealt the first slap to Manchester City

Aston Villa secured their first home victory of the season against Manchester City, with Jackson scoring twice. The match saw City struggle to convert chances, with Haaland equalizing in the second half. Villa's win marked their fourth consecutive home victory over City, coinciding with Unai Emery's four-year anniversary as head coach. This victory highlights Villa's strong performance against City, a feat not achieved by any team since Tottenham in early 2023.
