Peszkov: No one should force anyone into any world order

In early November, a new round of Ukraine settlement talks is set to take place in Abu Dhabi involving Russia, the U.S., and Ukraine, as announced by Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov. He emphasized that the security of Russia and Ukraine is crucial for achieving a peaceful resolution. Peskov noted that the participation of the EU's special envoy in the talks depends on Brussels' future stance. He acknowledged that discussing European security architecture without European participants is impossible, but the talks will commence in a trilateral format. Additionally, he confirmed the departure of the first tanker carrying Russian diesel oil to the U.S., stating that shipments will continue regularly. Peskov also highlighted the significance of a potential meeting in November between Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump, and Xi Jinping, while clarifying it won't carry the same weight as the historic meetings that shaped the post-World War II order.
