Five people are vying for one spot in the school of judges and prosecutors

The first stage of legal application exams took place in Krakow, with a total of 360 positions available for judicial and prosecutorial training. The written exam is scheduled for November 18. Professor Piotr Girdwoyń from the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution notes that the demand for judicial staff exceeds the current admission limits. He emphasizes the need for more training opportunities, as the number of prosecutors leaving the profession matches this year's admission limit. The exam tests knowledge across various legal fields, and candidates face challenges particularly with case studies. The KSSiP aims to enhance training by focusing on practical skills and ethical considerations, adapting to modern legal challenges, including the use of AI in legal practice.
