The first Beavers are already in the Polish army. The Polish Army bids farewell to BRDMs
On October 21, the Armament Agency announced the delivery of the first Bóbr-3 reconnaissance armored vehicles to the Polish military. These vehicles are part of the Kleszcz program and were delivered to the 15th Giżycka Mechanized Brigade. The Bóbr-3 is an amphibious 4x4 platform developed since 2013, featuring advanced mobility and protection systems. Despite modernization efforts, concerns remain about its effectiveness in modern warfare, particularly against drone threats. The program has faced scrutiny regarding costs and the vehicle's operational capabilities in challenging terrains.
