Customers are advised to complete cash transactions before or after this period. The bank is updating its software and hardware during low activity hours. Additionally, ING warns clients about increased online scams, urging them not to share personal information or click on suspicious ads promising quick profits. Scammers may impersonate bank employees or even police officers in video calls, promoting fake investment opportunities.
