PJ arrests stepfather for domestic violence and sexual coercion crimes

The Judicial Police arrested a 33-year-old man in Lisbon for domestic violence and sexual coercion against his 14-year-old stepdaughter. The abuses occurred between April and October, including physical and psychological mistreatment, some in the presence of the mother. The crime of aggravated sexual coercion took place on October 12. The mother removed the minor to protect her, and the report was made by a relative. The PJ's investigation included testimonies and damage assessment. The mother is also a defendant for omission. The detainee was subjected to coercive measures, including removal from the residence and prohibition of contact with the victim.
