PKOl and the former president's company under the scrutiny of investigators. New statement

The Gdańsk Regional Prosecutor's Office has taken over an investigation initiated in March 2025 regarding fraudulent VAT invoices issued by P.H.U. RADAM. The invoices, totaling approximately 9.3 million PLN, were allegedly issued for unrealized services to the Polish Basketball Association and the Polish Basketball League. The investigation also examines potential tax evasion amounting to around 1.3 million PLN. Additionally, the financing of renovations for the Olympic Sky restaurant in Warsaw using funds from the Polish Olympic Committee is under scrutiny. The investigation has been extended until April 3, 2027, with numerous witnesses interviewed and evidence collected, including documents and electronic equipment. The gathered evidence allows for further investigative actions related to potential crimes involving Zondacrypto.
