Half of Polish diplomatic missions without ambassadors. What is the government planning?

According to RMF FM journalist Kacper Wróblewski, chargé d’affaires will lead Polish embassies in China and Romania due to the dismissal of over 50 ambassadors by Radosław Sikorski. The new appointees were not accepted by President Andrzej Duda or Karol Nawrocki. Sikorski claimed that it was the president who pressured ambassadors to resign, a statement met with skepticism by Marcin Przydacz. Following this, Ambassador Krzysztof Szczerski requested to shorten his diplomatic mission at the UN, becoming the third high-ranking diplomat to resign. The resignations are linked to a crisis in the Constitutional Tribunal, which has seen tensions and protests after the suspension of its president and vice-president.
