Powder letter found at company in Haasrode: building evacuated

A suspicious letter containing white powder was found at SD Worx in Haasrode, leading to the evacuation of the building and the arrival of emergency services. A person opened the letter, prompting immediate action, although no one came into direct contact with the powder. Earlier this week, a similar incident occurred at a B-post office in Leuven, where a letter with white powder was also discovered but was later deemed harmless. Investigations into both incidents are ongoing.
