Pogrom of favorites. Already 13 teams from the Ekstraklasa have been eliminated from the Polish Cup

In the Polish Cup, several notable teams were eliminated in the first round, including Legia Warsaw and Widzew Łódź. In the 1/16 finals, GKS Katowice, Motor Lublin, and Piast Gliwice also exited the tournament. The biggest surprise came from Siarka Tarnobrzeg, a third-division team, which defeated reigning champions Lech Poznań. Currently, only four teams from the top league have advanced to the next round: Górnik Zabrze, Raków Częstochowa, Wisła Płock, and Jagiellonia Białystok. Other teams from lower divisions have also progressed, including Bruk-Bet Termalica and Ruch Chorzów. The draw for the 1/8 finals will take place on Friday, with matches scheduled for early December. The final is set for May 2, 2027, at PGE Narodowy in Warsaw.
