Poles are afraid of mortgage loans

A recent survey reveals that 62% of Poles fear taking out a mortgage, with concerns heightened by economic factors and job security. The fear is particularly pronounced in southern regions, where the lowest mortgage repayment rates are observed. Women express more apprehension than men, and younger individuals also show significant anxiety about long-term debt. However, as people age and their financial situations stabilize, their views on mortgages tend to shift, with older adults expressing renewed fears about long-term financial commitments.
