Police chase in Lower Silesia ended on a railway embankment

In Mokronos Dolny, police attempted to stop a Mazda driver for not wearing a seatbelt, but he fled towards Smolec. The chase ended when he crashed into an embankment. The 33-year-old driver, who had a three-year driving ban, tested positive for amphetamines and methamphetamines. He faces multiple charges related to road safety, with a potential sentence of up to five years in prison and a lifetime driving ban. Additionally, he received a fine of 100 PLN and five penalty points for not wearing a seatbelt.
