Police chase for a scooter. The fugitive was caught, but someone else will pay for his stunt

Police in Białystok stopped two teenagers riding an electric scooter, with the driver exceeding the speed limit by 32 km/h. Upon being signaled to stop, the driver dropped off his friend and attempted to flee, committing further violations during the chase. The pursuit ended when the scooter crashed into a ditch. The 14-year-old driver lacked the necessary license and neither boy wore a helmet. The driver’s guardian was fined 3,000 PLN for allowing an unlicensed person to operate the scooter, while both guardians received 100 PLN fines for the lack of helmets. The family court will now address the teenager's legal consequences for his actions.
