Police CARMA tracks down fugitive (24) with drone and can arrest him

Police in Genk used a drone to locate and arrest a 24-year-old man suspected of drug trafficking. The man fled a residence on Spoorwegstraat, but officers spotted him through the drone as he attempted to escape through alleys. Upon arrest, he was found with a prohibited knife, cash, mobile phones, and drugs including cocaine and cannabis. The Limburg prosecutor's office has since presented him to a judge, who ordered his detention pending further investigation by the CARMA police zone.
