Police Ronse uses drone for the first time and apprehends suspect in drug investigation

The Ronse police have successfully used a drone for the first time, leading to the arrest of a suspect in a drug investigation. The drone's thermal camera helped locate the individual. This operation is part of a new collaborative drone initiative involving four police zones, which share resources, training, and procedures for more efficient operations. Drones will also be utilized at major events and during urgent missions, such as searches for missing persons or monitoring traffic flows.
