PiS politicians are to testify in the case of surveillance in hotels. Wąsik and Brudziński summoned

Two Polish politicians, Maciej Wąsik and Joachim Brudziński, are summoned for questioning by the Warsaw prosecutor regarding actions taken between 2019 and 2021 at facilities managed by Polski Holding Hotelowy. Wąsik's summons is significant due to his role as deputy coordinator of special services during that period. Brudziński is involved due to correspondence with the then-president of PHH about a meeting with Belarusian opposition leader Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya. The investigation, initiated in January 2024, focuses on allegations of illegal surveillance of opposition figures using state-owned hotel infrastructure. Previous testimonies have been taken from other officials, including Tomasz Siemoniak and Piotr Pogonowski.
