Polonia, sospeso il presidente della Corte Costituzionale. Manifestanti in strada, tensioni con le forze di sicurezza

Hundreds protested against the suspension of Constitutional Court President Bogdan Swieczkowski by the government of Donald Tusk. Police detained three individuals after clashes occurred when some protesters breached the court's fence. President Karol Nawrocki, who was en route to Senegal, returned to Poland due to the situation. Nawrocki, an ally of the previous nationalist government, had previously refused to swear in judges nominated by the current parliament majority. The suspension was announced by Judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, who stated it was necessary to restore the rule of law and expressed willingness to meet with Nawrocki to ease tensions.
