Polish real estate attracted the most capital in the region

In the first three quarters of 2026, commercial real estate investments in Poland reached €4.72 billion, an 82% increase from the previous year. The total investment in Central and Eastern Europe was €9.13 billion. In Q3 alone, Poland saw €1.7 billion in investments, with significant transactions including Eastnine's purchase of The Bridge office building for €285 million. The interest in core properties and favorable financing conditions contributed to this growth, despite geopolitical uncertainties. Poland remains the largest investment market in the region, with portfolio transactions making up 44% of total investments, indicating a trend towards larger asset acquisitions by investors from Hungary, the USA, and the Czech Republic.
