They kidnapped and attempted to rape a 16-year-old. There is a final verdict.

In April 2025, a 16-year-old girl reported being intoxicated and assaulted by a peer, prompting 43-year-old Mariusz Z. to retaliate. He and three accomplices kidnapped the boy, threatened him, and attempted to assault him. The Poznań District Court found the defendants guilty of kidnapping, assault, and attempted rape, sentencing Mariusz Z. to 7 years, Franciszek G. to 5.5 years, and Michał L. to 6 years and 2 months in prison. The fourth defendant, Jarosław J., received 1.5 years for his role in the abduction. Appeals were filed by the defense and prosecution, but the Poznań Court of Appeals upheld the original verdict, emphasizing the defendants' criminal backgrounds and the need for judicial justice rather than vigilantism.
