MP Nerušil from SPD did not declare a cooperative apartment at the beginning of his term, found out ČT Reporters
MP Josef Nerušil from SPD failed to declare a cooperative apartment in his asset overview upon taking office, as reported by ČT reporters. This incident adds to the list of undeclared properties by politicians, similar to the case of Ondřej Prokop from ANO, who resigned before local elections due to asset discrepancies. Nerušil acquired a property in the British Quarter, a desirable area in Prague, but declined to answer reporters' questions about it. The cooperative apartment's ownership is not traceable in property registers, and legal expert Marek Chromý noted that there was no indication of Nerušil repaying a multi-million crown apartment. About three months after starting in parliament, he updated his asset declaration to include a 0.01% share in the cooperative, which he reportedly purchased earlier.
