An air raid alert was declared in the Oryol region, with reports of explosions and smoke in the city. Ukrainian sources suggest Storm Shadow missiles may have targeted the Proton facility, which produces military equipment. At least one production hall was reportedly destroyed during the attack, which coincided with a shift change for workers.
