Powerful attack on Russia. Drones over Omsk, petrochemical plants are on fire
Vitaliy Khotsenko, the governor of Omsk region, reported a drone attack on an industrial complex in Omsk, attributed to Ukrainian drones. The air defense forces are responding to the attacks, and emergency services are on-site. The region is under heightened alert. Ukrainian officials confirmed stable Starlink and Starshield connectivity, while residents may experience mobile internet disruptions. Russian authorities have not disclosed any casualties or damage from the attack. Omsk is a key industrial center in southwestern Siberia, housing Russia's largest oil refinery operated by Gazprom Neft.
