PP and Vox agree on lists for the Senate
The Popular Party (PP) and Vox have reached an agreement on Senate lists ahead of Spain's legislative elections on November 29. This decision follows a prior coalition formed by the Socialist Party (PSOE), Podemos, and the Left Front, led by Ada Colau. The PP will not present its own candidates in three provinces, while Vox will refrain from running in six provinces, allowing independent candidates to join PP's lists. This collaboration aims to safeguard the center-right majority in the Senate against leftist movements. A study indicates that the left coalition could secure a majority with 129 out of 209 senatorial seats available.
