Hybrid work is the new reality. But not everyone likes it

Hybrid work models have become a permanent feature in the job market, with 93% of large companies adopting them. While there is a slight increase in full-time office work, remote-only work has decreased to 1%. Many managers recognize the benefits of hybrid work for employee well-being and recruitment, but also note challenges in team cohesion and information flow. The trend is shifting towards balanced hybrid models, with 58% of firms implementing 2-3 office days. Resistance from employees to return to the office remains high, with only 47% of companies encouraging it. Experts suggest that widespread office returns are unlikely as many firms hire remote workers.
