A 61-year-old driver was caught speeding at 198 km/h on the S8 expressway, exceeding the limit by 78 km/h. His explanation to the police, claiming that such a car cannot drive at 120 km/h, was deemed unconvincing. He received a fine of 2500 PLN and 15 penalty points but refused to accept the punishment, leading to court involvement.
